Being associated with Sysnet for over a duration like 15 years has given me an opportunity to observe the organization very closely. Its been a priviledge to work here. I see that most of the Branch Managers are doing very well. However, there is always a scope of improvement. We should try to operate the branch within the given budget.
All employees should come forward and share new ideas to reduce our operational costs,and ways by which we could improve our services.The back office should be very strong to maintain an updated record for proper reporting. All our engineers need to be presentable enough and should take extra care to fill the call report properly and neatly.
