Madras Consultancy Group recently reported that vendors are losing more than 50% of their customers to bad customer service experience. Making it simpler, that is as bad for a business as it is for us to have our salaries cut by half! Hence, this Financial Year, let’s resolve to provide nothing less than exceptional customer service to all our customers. We all are doing our jobs, but only our jobs. Let’s stop doing our jobs right at this moment, and rather start performing at them. We all should strive to assist in the growth of the company by generating new business leads and contributing to company’s growth which translates into our individual growth as well. This year, let’s ratchet up our game a notch or two and work towards driving home our dreams.
